The United States leads the world in gross domestic product in current US dollars at $32.4T in 2026, followed by China ($20.9T) and Germany ($5.5T). Japan ($4.4T) and the United Kingdom ($4.3T) close out the top 5. Next up, India ($4.2T) and France ($3.6T). Italy ($2.7T), Russia ($2.7T), and Brazil ($2.6T) round out the top ten. The gap across the top ten is wide: the United States has 12× the value of Brazil ($2.6T). Five of the top ten are in Europe. Among these countries, Brazil saw the largest year-over-year change at +15.6%.
