Next up, Rwanda (7.23%) and Viet Nam (7.1%). Benin (6.97%), Niger (6.73%), and Libya (6.72%) round out the top ten. The gap across this list is wide — Guyana has 2.4× the value of Libya (6.72%). Seven of the top ten are in Africa, with three from Eastern. Among these countries, Libya saw the largest year-over-year change at -57.7%.
