Georgia leads the world in percentage of population 25+ with at least lower secondary education, recording 98.63% in 2024, followed by Moldova (98.31%) and Switzerland (98.19%). The United States (97.9%) and Canada (96.43%) close out the top 5. Next up, Australia (93.19%) and South Korea (89.95%). Chile (87.76%), the United Arab Emirates (87.28%), and Saudi Arabia (85.8%) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Western Asia. Among these countries, Saudi Arabia saw the largest year-over-year change at +7.8%.
