The United States (97.9%) and Canada (96.43%) close out the top 5. Next up, Australia (93.19%) and South Korea (89.95%). Chile (87.76%), the United Arab Emirates (87.28%), and Saudi Arabia (85.8%) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Western Asia.
