The top 5 is rounded off by Canada (89.87%) and Switzerland (84.38%). Further down, South Korea (81.47%) and Australia (79.91%) hold the next two spots. Serbia (77.12%), the United Arab Emirates (76.9%), and Saudi Arabia (76.01%) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Western Asia. Among these countries, Saudi Arabia saw the largest year-over-year change at +17.3%.
