The top 5 is rounded off by Colombia (62.8%) and South Africa (38.34%). Further down, Tunisia (37.04%) and Nigeria (33.5%) hold the next two spots. Honduras (32.4%), Guatemala (26.08%), and Kenya (19.87%) round out the top ten. At the extremes, Uruguay is 3.9× as high as Kenya (19.87%). Four of the top ten are in South America. Among these countries, Honduras saw the largest year-over-year change at +18.7%.
