Hungary (10.7 billion kWh), Portugal (10.5 billion kWh), and Belgium (10.3 billion kWh) round out the top ten. The spread across the top ten is substantial: Italy has 4.9× the figure recorded by Belgium (10.3 billion kWh). Six of the top ten are in Europe. Among these countries, Belgium saw the largest year-over-year change at +531.2%.
