Further down, Kuwait (101.5 billion barrels) and United Arab Emirates (97.8 billion barrels) hold the next two spots. Russian Federation (80 billion barrels), Libya (48.4 billion barrels), and United States of America (44.4 billion barrels) round out the top ten. At the extremes, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of) is 6.8× as high as United States of America (44.4 billion barrels). Five of the top ten are in Asia, with four from Western. Among these countries, Iran saw the largest year-over-year change at +34.1%.
