South Korea (87.51 years) and San Marino (87.44 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Saint Barthélemy (87.14 years) and French Polynesia (86.86 years). Spain (86.71 years), Réunion (86.68 years), and Singapore (86.6 years) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Eastern Asia.
