Bahrain (99.52%) and Peru (99.49%) complete the top 5. State of Palestine (99.4%) and Brazil (99.36%) follow close behind. Mexico (99.2%), Panama (99.2%), and Uruguay (99.02%) round out the top ten. Five of the top ten are in Western.
