United States of America (3.7K thousands), Bangladesh (3.4K thousands), and Brazil (2.5K thousands) round out the top ten. The spread is substantial: India has 9.1× the figure recorded by Brazil (2.5K thousands). Five of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Southern.
