Pakistan (6.7K thousands) and Democratic Republic of the Congo (4.5K thousands) complete the top 5. Indonesia (4.4K thousands) and Ethiopia (4.1K thousands) follow close behind. United States of America (3.7K thousands), Bangladesh (3.4K thousands), and Brazil (2.5K thousands) round out the top ten. The spread is substantial: India has 9.1× the figure recorded by Brazil (2.5K thousands). Five of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Southern.
