Monaco is projected to lead the world in life expectancy at age 15 for males, recording 70.2 years in 2026, followed by San Marino (69.69 years) and Hong Kong (68.43 years). The United Arab Emirates (68.15 years) and Andorra (68.08 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Liechtenstein (67.95 years) and Australia (67.91 years). Qatar (67.83 years), Switzerland (67.83 years), and French Polynesia (67.72 years) round out the top ten. Five of the top ten are in Europe, with three from Western Europe.
