United Arab Emirates (68.15 years) and Andorra (68.08 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Liechtenstein (67.95 years) and Australia (67.91 years). Qatar (67.83 years), Switzerland (67.83 years), and French Polynesia (67.72 years) round out the top ten. Five of the top ten are in Europe, with three from Western.
