Monaco is projected to lead the world in life expectancy at age 15 for females, recording 74.27 years in 2026, followed by Hong Kong (73.72 years) and Japan (73.41 years). South Korea (72.76 years) and Saint Barthélemy (72.66 years) close out the top 5. Next up, San Marino (72.57 years) and French Polynesia (72.39 years). Gibraltar (72.33 years), Réunion (72.16 years), and Andorra (72.04 years) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Europe, with three from Southern Europe.
