Australia (21.07 years) and Gibraltar (20.66 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Réunion (20.65 years) and Switzerland (20.44 years). France (20.36 years), Japan (20.35 years), and Norway (20.2 years) round out the top ten. Six of the top ten are in Europe, with three from Western Europe.
