Hong Kong is projected to lead the world in life expectancy at age 80 (both sexes), recording 11.73 years in 2026, followed by Monaco (11.5 years) and Guadeloupe (11.24 years). Réunion (11.21 years) and Guam (11.19 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Gibraltar (11.11 years) and Japan (11.08 years). Puerto Rico (10.75 years), France (10.72 years), and San Marino (10.68 years) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Europe.
