Gibraltar (9.78 years) and Chile (9.76 years) close out the top 5. Next up, Guam (9.74 years) and San Marino (9.69 years). Australia (9.62 years), Guadeloupe (9.61 years), and France (9.55 years) round out the top ten. Four of the top ten are in Europe.
