India (54.7 billion kWh), Spain (52.1 billion kWh), and Ukraine (52.0 billion kWh) round out the top ten. Across the top ten, the United States is 15× as high as Ukraine (52.0 billion kWh). Four of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Eastern Asia. Among these countries, India saw the largest year-over-year change at +13.4%.
