The top 5 is rounded off by Uzbekistan (97.57%) and Kazakhstan (97.45%). Further down, Thailand (95.75%) and Kyrgyzstan (93.66%) hold the next two spots. Algeria (79.03%), Gambia (61.3%), and Tokelau (52.17%) round out the top ten. At the extremes, Indonesia is 1.9× as high as Tokelau (52.17%). Six of the top ten are in Asia, with three from Central. Among these countries, Tokelau saw the largest year-over-year change at +77.4%.
