The top 5 is rounded off by Mozambique (25M metric tons) and United Republic of Tanzania (18M metric tons). Further down, Russian Federation (14M metric tons) and Viet Nam (9.7M metric tons) hold the next two spots. India (8.6M metric tons), Türkiye (6.9M metric tons), and Canada (5.9M metric tons) round out the top ten. At the extremes, China is 17× as high as Canada (5.9M metric tons). Four of the top ten are in Asia.
